- 1969: In under two decades, Riptide has expanded Glennfield’s operations into the nearby towns of Bonus and Grecoville.
- 1972: Riptide loses control of Glennfield after an employee mutiny.
- 1976: Swiss-American multinational Aebischer IBR acquires Glennfield.
- 1976: Glennfield renamed to Glenfeld.
- 1977: IBR is spun off from Aebischer.
- 1978: Sino-French-English multinational British Liabilities Corporation acquires Aebischer.
- 1979: Glenfeld is spun off from IBR.
- 1981: IBR merges with British Liabilities Corporation to form American-Sino-French-English multinational IBR BrilCo.
- 1980: Glenfeld renames itself Glennfield.
- 1983: Glennfield acquires Aebischer from IBR BrilCo.
- 1984: Aebischer renamed to JG Kruppcom.
- 1984: JG Kruppcom is spun off from Glennfield.
- 1984: Glennfield acquires IBR BrilCo.
- 1986: Glennfield renamed to IBR Glennfield BrilCo.
